DMA offers a full range of wheel measurement systems, including geometric measurements and ultrasonic test. Some measurements require the train to stop, others can be done up to 100 Km/h.

WSD type:

- Wheel profiles and gauge measurement
- Wheel diameter
- Wheel out-of roundness
- Wheel flat
- Flange thickness, height and QR
- Complete wheel ultra-sonic check (3-5 Km/h only)
- Fully automatic: it measures while the train travels on the measurement station
- Speed ranges: 3 to 5 Km/h, 5 to 25Km/h, 5 to 100 Km/h

The WLF type is the instrument of choice when:

The wheel diameter measurement is required and/or The entire circumference has to be explored Many options are available, e.g. to: Measure the out of round Check the wheel integrity (US test) The WLF type is a platform on which many different measurement devices can be installed very easily. The configuration of the instrument is tailored to the customer measurement needs. DMA offers a wide range of sensors, but third party devices are welcome as well.
